Prosthetics location?
A. You may use our location finder
available on every page or click here.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Our facilities are by appointment only, but
you may call to make an appointment between 9am and 4:30pm Monday-Friday.
Q. Do you have weekend hours?
A. We do not have
weekend hours.
However, we do have
a practitioner on
call for after hours
emergencies.
Q. In what time frame can I expect to receive my
device?
A. Non custom items-
most cases same day
service is
available. Custom
spinal orthosis or
lower extremity
device- week to ten
days. Prosthesis-
case by case basis.
Q. Do you offer special services for patients
scheduled for surgery and those in hospitals or nursing facilities?
A. Yes, in most
cases, we can
expedite delivery of
the device needed to
one or two days
after evaluation.
Q. How long will it take for my insurance to be
verified?
A. Please allow 24
to 48 hours for
insurance
verification.
Q. Do you participate with my insurance company?
A. Please review the
list of
insurances.
Q. What happens if my insurance company requires
prior authorization for the device I need?
A. We will make
every attempt to
obtain authorization
in a timely manner.
Q. Are your facilities handicap accessible?
A. Yes, each of our
facilities is
handicap accessible.
Q. Is there a charge for an initial consultation?
A. No, we do not
charge per visit and
the initial
consultation is at
no cost or
obligation to you.
